Proof Of Delivery

At White Chemist, we take every measure to ensure your order is delivered safely and securely. Upon successful delivery, we provide Proof of Delivery (POD), offering confirmation that your package has been received at the specified address.

Our delivery partner, USPS, requires a signature upon delivery for all orders. This ensures that your package is handed over directly to you or a designated recipient at your address. Once the package has been delivered, you will receive an email notification from USPS, including delivery confirmation and tracking details, verifying that the shipment has reached its destination.

In the event that you are not available to sign for your package, USPS will leave a notice, and the parcel will be held at the nearest post office for pickup. You can then collect the package with a valid ID and the notice provided by USPS.

Should any issues arise with the delivery, or if you require further proof, you can access delivery details and tracking updates via the USPS Tracking Portal. Simply use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to view the status of your delivery in real time.
