Once an order is placed on White Chemist, it goes through a processing stage before shipment. This includes order verification, payment authorization, and product preparation.

After you place your order, our team verifies the details, including prescription information (if required), payment authorization, and shipping address. Orders that require prescription verification may take slightly longer to process.
b. Processing Timeframe
Typically, orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after verification. During this period, your order is carefully prepared and packaged for shipment. Please note that orders placed after 5 PM EST or during weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs
All orders are subject to a flat shipping fee of $35. This charge covers the cost of packaging, shipping, and delivery using USPS Priority Mail.

4. Shipping Zones
Currently, White Chemist ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All 50 states and territories such as Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are included in our shipping coverage.

We understand the importance of reliable delivery, especially when it comes to medication. Therefore, we focus exclusively on delivering within the United States to maintain timely and efficient shipping services.
b. PO Boxes and Military Addresses
White Chemist is happy to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. Please be aware that delivery times to these locations may vary slightly due to postal logistics.

We provide tracking for every order placed on White Chemist, ensuring that you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

While USPS Priority Mail generally delivers within 2 to 3 business days, there are factors that may impact delivery timeframes, including:

The return address on the package will not contain any references to medications, White Chemist, or pharmaceutical products. Your order is delivered as any standard parcel to protect your privacy.
8. Failed Deliveries and Reshipments
